It had to happen sooner or later! Glad its been recorded for posterity. Was beginning to wonder if you had some kind of miracle paint that repelled dirt!

Having fun with AutoCAD this morning (blowing off work...shhhh; don't tell anyone)

This is a 3D model of the OE Toyota 10mm Strut Spacer I just drafted.

Notice, the oblong hole (upper left) and the 23mm notch in the bottom (I can't remember why that is there).

I don't know why that's there either. There is no clearance issue there just a stamp that says "out". There's only 1/8 of thread left so if make these out of derlin or that other stuff you recommended I think I can safely eliminate the cutout.
That would make he spacer 1/2 inch. I didn't measure it in mm before install. What do you get? Plus the 3.175 mm (give or take).

Brian jowett you've had a good look. What's that relief for? Maybe it's an assembly reminder so they don't go in sideways.
