Went from E load KO2s to C load Nokian Outpost nA/Ts and to be honest, I wish I would have thrown the KO2s away 50,000 miles ago. Better fuel economy (it does matter, regardless of how much people try to act like it doesn’t), and significantly nicer ride and driving characteristics. I’d rather risk ruining/replacing a tire than put E load tires back on, but to each their own.

Wish I had a snow review, but this will be my first winter with them. With the way they grab and huck gravel, I’m wagering they’ll be pretty solid.

Do your Outpost nA/Ts have any snow experience yet? If so, how do they perform?

End of an era. With the 37s and the giant awning, I can no longer use my parent’s garage. I had to drop to 1 PSI on the driver side to fit. Looks like it’s time to clean out and use my own garage from now on.

How to properly park a Land Cruiser in the garage 101.

Unfortunately, no. It has been an absolutely brutal winter here in that we haven't had one. I woke up to 1" of snow on the ground in town this morning and it's the first time I've driven in snow this year. I was running the kiddo to school and took the Outback parked in the garage though, so still no data on the Outposts. Looking at the forecast, that probably won't be changing any time soon:

255/85r17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT on zero offset Nomad Arvo. Fox 2.5 suspension with a 1.5” NST spec body lift. If anyone has recommendations for jumping up a tire size I’m all ears! I get full flex and carry the full size spare in stock location with this setup. No body mount chop and no KDSS adjustments.

For those who drive highway 108 in the Sierra Nevada….stock brake fade is a real thing on the eastern descent of Leavitt. I’d be nervous to bump up a tire size without better brakes and a regear if I drove that road fully loaded a lot.

Love it when the weather won't weather. How are they otherwise? Do you like them?

Looks really good! Sounds like you know everything you need to fit larger. I also run @MTKID's 1.5". Depending on how big of a tire size you feel you might one day be tempted to go, I'd just go straight to the KDSS Max relocation kit from Anderson. BMC is cheap and easy. Even will all this mentioned, I still rub slightly on both my KDSS bar and my BMC plate. But I am also running 37s. I could have and should have gone a tiny bit more aggressive on the chop.

Thanks! What is your tire and wheel setup? I am not surprised that you rub even with those specs. I even rub my KDSS and I’m on zero offset and skinny tires.

How do you feel about your brakes and gearing on 37s?
