Great look. Looks like mine's brother.
More fun to modify them and use them, than keep them as an investment piece, not a comparison to a base model, I don’t differentiate them, at all. just another 200 to useEhh, being that the differences are purely cosmetic and limited to items that can easily be swapped over (headlights, wheels, etc) Im not sure they are "more fun to modify". In fact, maybe even less since all the HE goodies are already on the rig. Ex. Im stocking up on HE parts to put on a "base" and keep the HE all stock and original. Just as fun.

it's even worse, heritage emblems removed muwahahah

We’ve rationed supplies and my youngest has accepted that he will be the first to be eaten should conditions continue to deteriorate.Hope everyone is ok after that. Looks rough.
The NOBO has been awesome. Pulls super nice behind the LX. We are mostly off grid and find some out of the way places, so the high clearance and independent "Beast Mode" suspension lets us get to places others can't. It has been a great setup so far. Well built (for an RV) but didn't break the bank like the higher end offroad campers. How do you like the NOBO?
You camp like us. It’s a massive flex to get into some super remote spot and then take a hot shower. The NOBO has been awesome. Pulls super nice behind the LX. Just hit 50k miles (adjusted for tire size) in the Cruiser and 200 nights in the camper. View attachment 4069524
We were expecting cold, snow was a fantasy that happened to actually come true.Is that a skirt under under the camper? Looks like you were super ready for the incoming adventure. What does the Conqueror have for heating?
We were expecting cold, snow was a fantasy that happened to actually come true.
I had the skirts made a few years ago after experiencing some temps in the teens. It helps a little with wind cutting underneath which keeps the interior floor really cold. I’ve insulated all the water lines but there is one exposed spigot in the front for filling and draining, that’s the weakest spot but a wool sock with a couple hand warmers will handle that.
The Conqueror came with a Propex 2000 and if we keep the roof down it will get uncomfortably hot in there. With the roof up it I can keep it comfortable but the heater will run continuously. We’re all short so roof down isn’t an issue and we don’t hang out inside so it’s ok with it down. We’re typically inside only to sleep.
Our normie friends think we’re crazy and that camping is suffering.Pro level and dialed. Love it!
