No, already checked that out.Is that an aftermarket skid plate on there that Icon is offering?
Are those load range E tires? Also what pressure where you running?
Yes those are load range E running on 15psi. They just break the top layer and keep digging forever. Couldnt keep up with friends running Coopers AT3. Someone suggested 10psi, but by the looks of it i think it would break or come off the wheels, specially when driving on the steep side of dunes.. Was already running on a lot of sidewall. What do you think? Are those load range E tires? Also what pressure where you running?
With how soft the sand looks in the picture I would usually have it down to 15 psi or lower, The Coopers I have on now are a load range C so I can get away with a little more pressure in them.
Thanks!That's a fine looking vehicle......
Interesting, yes if you do go down to 10psi theres a big chance it'll come off the wheels if not very careful. From my experience "new" AT tyres will dig a lot, once it starts wearing out slightly you should have more grip as well the E load is very stiff in the desert they should soften up with some time. I have a video i need to put up, with the old mastercrafts heavily worn down i was able to crawl up a sand hill from standstill.Yes those are load range E running on 15psi.
