I used to have 265/70/17 , which had almost no issue with 0 offset.
The bigger tire rides better , only issue is that I have 0 offset and I am aftaid it might hit the front fender with bottoming out

Definitely a possibility. I would find a big rock and do some flex tests on it or a local off-road shop with a ramp.

Did you paint the Safari Snorkel with auto paint? Love it how it blends-in with the cruiser.

Rolling on new shoes. Tundra wheels and 275/70/18 DT KO2s - lift by Fox! New TRD pads on the front too. Feels great.

Looks like you have some nasty crud or something on your sombrero...
...may want to clean it off so it doesn't cause constant problems and nasty repair bills. Other than that, Truck looks great!
