Update from the fab shop. I’m on shift today and haven’t seen it in person but from the pictures it turned out exactly as planned.

Nirvana would be if one of our great vendors would create a bolt in solution. Much like sliders.
 
Wow, that came out awesome :cheers: Do you have a link to the black trim you purchased where you cut the plastic.
 
Hopefully they saved those bend radiuses and overall shape, because I'm sure they will get some inquiries.

@grinchy any comments on how/if this would interfere with AHC pump location?
Should be fine. For a fab shop there would be options in the frame in that area. It would probably have to be welded.

Looks awesome! Great idea and execution.

Did the fab address why they didn't weld a larger pad on the frame, and then weld the pipe to the pad?
