Marine7, so i guess if you open yours up, and it's filled with 100 dollar bills, that'll mean this years Mud party is at your house, right?

If it's full of $100 bills, and you can find me after that, I'll buy you all the Keystone Light you want! Lol.... My luck it will be full of coke, and as soon as I drop the tank the "PO-PO" will be driving by!!

I Run my 93 to E every tank and it consistently takes 20.9 gallons I have done a half dozen salvage tanks and repairs to combat the tank crack issue. On E I still pump nearly 5 gallons out....every time. So I can say that between my original tank and 3 salvage tanks and 2 repairs that I'm confident the tanks are 25 gallons. I've used 92,95,96 salvage tanks so from 92-96 they're the same. I have noticed however that somehow or another the tank shields look fine but often the sump area is pushed up in a lot of the tanks I find in the yard. I've pulled dozens but only found a handful I was willing to buy.

My 94 seems spot on. Light comes on, I typically fill up. ~20gal in. 5gal "reserve" light. Seems to add up in my truck from what I have read.

I have 2 gallon reserve with 18 gallon fill. If it wasn't so consistent I would go for the "air pocket theory" or others. This thing has been consistent on every fill up, or top off. One of these days I'll doing some crawling around under it to find some part #'s so everyone will quit thinking I'm "off my nut"!
