the garret i use have the water bosses already tapped and ready to go. do you know the specs on the turbos themselves?

Wayne, do you use the same Garret GT28 wastegated turbo in your custom setup as is used in the Turbo-glide system?

That Turbo-glide setup looks very nice.

i used a waste gated garret turbo but i am wondering about the AR ratios. a garrre is a garret but the flow could be different...
cheers

I recently installed a Turbo glide turbo on a 2H in a 60 series. I can tell you that I like the kit, good placement of the return lines, and using the standard tap of the vacum pump for feed. One thing that I can not stress enough about Turbo glide, is they are turbos that are designed for the OZ cruiser market, if you are putting it on a truck that is not from OZ and not right hand drive modification will most likely be needed (this is the same with AXT and any other turbo shops from oz). In saying this I am not saying that there is anything wrong at all, everone just needs to be aware of that fact.

In the case of the 2H in a 60 series the problem that you will run into is if you have a left hand drive 60 series the brake booster will be on the same side as the turbo and the turbo can not be installed with the brake booster on, also it is very close and you will most likely need to modify the booster housing so the turbo does not come into contact with it from engine torque.

Overall compared to AXT I like the turbo glide setup and especially the price (cheaper than AXT but a lot).

Cheers,

Michael
