Wanted 1HZ Injection Pump, rebuilt, New, or working

Have a month long Baja trip that I had planned to depart for in about two weeks from now. Pump started leaking today out of the top and need to replace it it for the trip, looking for something asap to bolt on. Let me know if anyone has anything sitting around. It is for a non turbo 1HZ.
Or any suggestions on a quick fix that might last a month or so to get me by

I have some rebuilt pumps and can send you one (I’m in Canada) but I have no idea what the current tariff climate is. They seem to be stacking tariffs in some cases but it might be worth investigating if you can’t find something closer.

There's an oring under that throttle pivot that is easy to swap out.

That should be an easy fix to do in place.

Replacing the pump is an expensive and time consuming proposition. It is designed to be serviced and will probably outlive the engine. I
Would not be trying to source a pump if I were you.

If you don't know its history, it would be smart to have the IP and injectors serviced before going too far into the back country. We send pumps to Diesel Injection Service in Portland but there are lots of options.

Either of you know where to get said O-Ring? I am mechanical and have no issue replacing it, I just can't find much about a kit or doing so. I would much rather replace the O-Ring than the entire pump in this moment. This pump has done me well for a few years and many remote trips, I guess I am lucky to have the failure when I am at home and not somewhere far.

Do a search for Bosch VE Pump seal kit. Heck, even Amazon sells some.

You can browse the diagrams on megazip.net or amayama to find the part number and order it through your local dealer.

That may be overkill for an o-ring but if you're driving a 1hz diesel in the US or Mexico, this is a good skill to develop as most mechanics will look at you like you drove a space shuttle into their shop.

And while you may not have time before your Baja trip, baselining the fuel system (by having the pump and injectors serviced) should be high on your list if you depend on this vehicle to get you in and out of the back country.
