Anyone dealt with this exhaust pipe removal, the middle pipe is like a puzzle i cant figure out, how the heck do i remove it? And then i still have to put the new one in… damn.

Yep, on my new exhaust pipe it looks like thisDamper? Do you mean this piece? My exhaust does not have anything remotely similar to that for mounting and definitely no dampers anywhere on the exhaust system.

That's it. I would only add: remember to mark the driveshaft's orientation prior to dropping it.Remove the side step bracket.
Drop the rear driveshaft at the transfer case output.
Let the cross-member down about 3-5" if possible, then snake it out.
