1HZ engine video

I love the sound of the 1hz, so much I made a video of it - check it out if interested.

PS, the background engine noise is a Beech 18 flying over while I was shooting the video.

I note some little things ...

It sound like a operative temp engine ( mine sound little loud when is cold ) but the owner prehead anycase before start it.

Ususally I let the oil press down to normal idle before shut off my engines ..

been listening to that for years, get a turbo on that thing and the sound is NICE... a little turbo whine is good for the soul...

Ya, I'll definatly put a turbo on my fishing truck. Need the extra power for the long soft dirt roads.

great engine, smooth but a bit sterile, LOL. the rougher idle of the D.I.Motor sounds better . The earlier rogher running diesels have more character to me [ala Mack truck] . Some of the late diesels are hard to determine from gas motors when they pull up beside you they are so quiet.
