1hdt timing belt idler pulley diagram / pic request

After mucho searching I have to post up for some help from the experts..does anyone have a pic / diagram of an assembled t belt idler pulley? The below pics describe the questions I have regarding the part..and yes, I took stuff apart and 6 months later tried to put it back together

After scouring the interwebs here's the only detail pic I could find:

Also to clarify the rings just so happen to fit the idler pulley shaft perfectly, although I have no idea if they actually were part of the assembly, and why one of them looks like a tiny key chain and the other looks more like a snap ring. Both are the same diameter. Just happened to be hanging out together in the same area when install time came around

Thank you very much! When it goes bang or pop I will probably find out where the hobbit key chain was supposed to go
