1999 OEM radio in 2002 OEM Nav?

Someone local is selling an OEM double din head unit/radio from a 1999 LC100. I have a 2002 LC100 with a head unit/climate controller.

I want to take out my 2002 climate/navigation screen and center bezel and do a 1998/1999 swap back to the 3 dial climate bezel and radio unit. Is this possible? Do I need any special wiring plugs for the 1999 radio if I do attempt this swap?

Not sure if possible in your case but I love this radio in my 2000 Saudi VXR.
Local FM plus Bluetooth streaming from my iPhone for music, XM Radio and audiobooks.

Thank yes I just found the thread from Primeral that seems to cover this question. When I searched before and I put "radio swap" nothing came up. But "navigation delete" seems to work. I'll just read through that post first. Moderators, please delete this thread if possible.
