Thanks for the info

If anyone has the part number for the wiper blades, I’d appreciate it. It’s literally the only thing that’s not in good shape on this truck 😀
If you must, I have these numbers for you-

While waiting for more parts to show, I installed my Rosen sun visors. My visors in the HZJ would barely fold down and the drivers side would not fold down. Foam was shot. I’ve installed these in one of the FJ45 and I am super happy with them, especially when you only have so much window space to look through while folding the original visor down.

I haven’t taken the paper off of these yet as I’m still working inside and don’t want to accidentally damage one. These are made by a company in Oregon. I believe they supply these for several aircraft companies and the Military as well. I believe Icon FJ also uses them, just no icon logo.

Finally got our fuel tank mocked up. Couldn’t find one we liked so we kept it Toyota and installed an FJ60 tank. Fits real well and the filler is on the same side as our new HZJ75 bed.😀

Little more progress. Decided to leave the rear seat area as is. We filled it in with a floor and now have a great storage area and maybe even an area I could use as an ice chest with a drain.😀 paint on the bed should happen tomorrow. All the wiring from the pumper box has been taken out with measures to make sure we didn’t disconnect anything that needed to stay.
We also fabricated the rear rack to match the roof so it’s Actually functional if needed.

Removed the front bumper lip. All pieces are available if someone needs them including brackets.

The bumper is in great shape. Just shoot me a pm. Local pickup is probably best just from a size and weight issue.

Regards
Mark

Finally got some paint on the bed. Liking this more and more every day. The color on the bed is a shade off from the original 25 y/o paint. We will do some sanding and polishing and this will work out great.

Thank you, I have. I’ve decided to put a rear view camera in my rear view mirror. I actually think it will be better for me. This doesn’t replace a good set of eyes but the camera has a fantastic view out the back and better coverage, probably better than the small original window. Also, if I go to an aluminum Trey deck down the road and aluminum pods the window would be useless anyway. I have two Golden Retrievers that are with me quite often. So heat is an issue.

I like it.....I like it a LOT! ha ha
Welcome to the 75 fire crew, been fun watching it escalate...quickly lol :slap:
So far everything has turned out money! The 79 tray looks stock and money!

Wow, this is incredible. You have done an amazing amount of work and totally transformed it! Great job!
The little armour plate protecting the radiator is something I've never seen before.
What are the specs on the rims? Are they a factory item or special order from somewhere?
