You can see the old is “stretched”. While I don’t feel this is a huge deal, it’s the little things that make a difference in my opinion.

Replaced brake caliper bolts and obviously the brake line at caliper bolts.

Ian keeps sending me links of stuff to order and I do it. Mostly things like new adjustable control arms and panhard rods....steering links.

@TrekboxX is finished up and I believe the drawers shipped out today.

I had been debating on changing on the suspension but I think we are just going to see how the truck performs once it is back on the road.

They are not the long travel version. So I am going to just get some longer BP51 shocks. I love the BP51’s in general. I have them on another 80 series and on my 200 series.

Just got them myself....regular version. Truck handles so much better now. Did you notice a needed break in period with them? I've only had mine on for a 100 miles or so but they seem to be getting better and better. Did you notice the same?

I have not really noticed. I don’t drive any of them regularly enough. What do you have them set at?

5 on compression and 6 on rebound. Just started with this setting so I'll probably tweak it a bit. @Wompom has BP 51s as well and might have some good feedback on setting it up

I'm non long travel version as well.
Still messing with mine and slowly building my truck. Haven't found the sweet spot yet.

@jmlockwood HDJ80 got some love today and will be getting lots more as these weeks go by.

New Riged LED light bar for the front ARB bumper.

Rear ebrake torn down, all parts cleaned and ready to rock and roll.

Still need to clean the backing plates and pull hubs for rebuild.

Steering box pulled, we got 105 upgrades coming and then it is off to RedHead for the full meal deal.
