I gots me some new shoes. I REALLY liked the look of the black steelies and the chrome caps, but they were just so damn heavy. I snagged some Nomad wheels and McGard lugnuts. 10 more mm offset. They stick out a bit more. The handling is night and day after shaving off so many pounds of rotating mass. Drives like a dream

I also got a center floor cup holder!

Not too much going on with the Cruiser lately. I did snag and install some Tuff Duck seat covers and had the windows tinted recently. The Florida sun and heat has been killer.

The bumper didn’t need any mods for the winch to fit.

Yes, sir. Super easy as long as you can lift the 198 pound winch and also that bumper. I did it solo. Would have been easier with two people.

I just thought I would share some pics of the Tuff Duck seat covers and my handy new cup holders. My original 90’s seats are in phenomenal condition and I prefer the looks of them, but I actually use this vehicle for camping and driving trails so I just want to preserve them.

Welp, I can’t find any factory options for a rear cargo liner so I snagged a Weathertech trim to fit option from Amazon. My interior is dang minty and I don’t want my camping trips to ruin the rear carpeting and this should work well.

Just a wee camping trip the other day. Nothing crazy, but enjoyed getting the 73 out of the yard.

I put some 4 degree caster shims in yesterday and longer center pins. The Cruiser now drives nice and straight and no longer darts all over the road from every little bump. The steering feels TIGHT!

I placed an order for extended U-bolts as the front ones didn’t thread too far due to the shims.

I now have wheel shake… driving 4,000 miles on brand new BFG’s with horrible caster probably didn’t do the tires any favors though. I’ll rotate the tires later today and hopefully that will solve the issue.

I’ve also noticed that I need to replace the swivel seals soon, argggg.

BFGs are notorious for being out of round !!
