On the front of my frame are 4 threaded bolt holes on each side - 2 above and 2 below - this is where the bumper mounts.

The 2 on the bottom and the 1 on the top closer to the engine bay are the same thread and pitch. However, the top threaded bolt hole away from the bay is larger - Any idea what the bolt thread/pitch is?

Almost all Toyota hardware is 1.25 pitch, they are either m12x1.25 or m10x1.25

The smaller of the threaded bolt holes are already 12mm - that's why it threw me a bit.

As long as I've had this truck, these bolts have not been present.

The bolts are all the same
There are three on the bottom two on the top each side.
Unless someone changed them 😜 Drilled them out and retapped them.

I'm thinking that's what happened.... And you're correct - 3 on the bottom - I just don't use the ones furthest in
