@PNWFJ80 What did you do for the 9/16" hoses? I had a leak to the rear heater and cut out all the rubber over the weekend. Now I can't find hose for it!

I used NAPA gold stripe. It's a little tricky to find sometimes, when I did this I had to hit 3 different NAPA stores to find it.

@PNWFJ80 Did you find #8 anywhere? I can't locate it. I might just buy something pre-bent and similar and cut it to size.

I sold this 80 last year, but if I remember right I used Napa green strip and cut that section of tubing longer than OEM to get a more gentle curve. They also sell little wire things for cooling hose bends that prevent kinking, I've never used them but I know of them.

Thanks! I have heard of/seen these before as well. I just wanted a simple pre-formed elbow. I'll keep looking.

Performed bypass and radiator cap replacement, along with burping and all went flawless!
