Selling a classic 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62. Solid truck with meaningful mechanical work completed and a large package of included parts.
$17,000 OBO
Mechanical / Drivetrain
Original engine was removed and replaced with the same style Toyota engine from a 1992 Land Cruiser
Vehicle runs and drives
All fluids were replaced and properly checked
Shifter bearings rebuilt, improving feel and reliability
Interior condition
Very well preserved a tear in the usual spot on drivers seat, original headliner, original tool kit in compartment, and original carpet.
Rust and cosmetic issues
There are a few spots through out the rig that have been painted over by the previous owner, there are dents mainly located on the front of the rig from unknown sources but these are easily accessible to be repaired no need for buying new panels and installing. throughout the rig there i minor surface rust spots purely limited to the upper most layer. Finally the biggest spot of rust is on the catalytic converter which have been rusted alot.
Nothing is being parted out or sold separately — everything goes with the truck
There are a few cosmetic blemishes on the vehicle but overall condition is great and highly sought after
This is a great foundation for someone looking to drive it as-is or build it further. FJ62s are getting harder to find, especially with major mechanical work already addressed and a complete stock base with no modifications
Price: $17,000 OBO
No trades. Serious buyers only. Carfax and Engine compression test available.
