This looks amazing! I've put both Matt's fuel pump hanger and his exhaust headers on my Christmas list. Fingers crossed!
He’s making headers???

Top and bottom, the material is dope and it’s sticks like a rock

Arnak - amazing work in resurrecting the rig.

Given the detail do your work, you may already be planning this, but also put some MLV in the front cabin, around transmission hump particularly and it will be significantly more quiet.

Great idea thank you brother

Not to hijack your thread, just another option. I got this idea from @Beams37 and it has worked really well!
My next struggle will be to insulate the transmission tunnel as I get heat from the H55F.
I enjoy watching this thread and love the quality of work! Keep it going and thank you for sharing the knowledge!
My pleasure gentlemen hope to be able to finish it soon can’t wait to drive it

I used the same stuff, worked great, albeit the thickness does make carpet fitment trickier.

Take your time and use good products … hours of slow work around the truck paint soft water sand with 1000 then buff, haven’t even polished or waxed yet … ;) painted in my garage by hand … f your body shops $20k paint jobs what a rip off, this was all Sherwin Williams with a 3m gun and a home compressor. It’s good enough for a 89 Toyota truck
Good products ….

What happened to the world man? like painting this thing and polishing it and sanding it then putting primer on it and all that it honestly I think should’ve been around $3000 yet body shops want around $20,000 and they don’t even want to touch it. everybody’s going after easy money fast money

Here we are
