Did have some rust at the base of the front doors, but I have cleaned and stopped it with rust bullet. No rust on frame or body. This truck is not rusty. Can be daily driven now with no work. All original interior and exterior, new toyo tires(still have the nibs on them). Driver's seat has the typical tear in the vinyl on the side about 4 inches. No rips or tears in any of the fabric. Never been painted, but still looks good.

The driver door had the worst spot at the bottom front corner. You can see the silver rust bullet in the pics. I treated the inside of the doors for good measure. This was caused by the drain holes being clogged. I proactively replaced the sealant in the gutters. No rust on the roof or gutters. No Bondo anywhere. The rust repair was done about 4 years ago. I wanted to put the rust bullet on and then wait a while before putting on a top coat to make sure it was stopped. Just have not gotten around to putting on the color.
All hoses and belts have been replaced. Fan shroud mod, galley hole plugged, stainless battery tray, o2 sensors, fuel pressure regulator, temperature sending unit, injectors restored by witch hunter, radiator replaced by PO. All electrics work except for the auto roll down window. I do have the relays to do the permanent fix. 3m window tint. Diehard platinum battery. This has the hand throttle well. Also did oil pan gasket and fuel filter, rear hatch shocks, A/C components are all new and working. Valves have been adjusted. Runs smooth. Rear muffler replaced.
This is not a perfect truck, but it is original for sure. Paint is still glossy, but there are nick's and little spots. Front of hood is chipped from the years. Grill needs to be replated or painted.
Rear bumper is in great shape, front bumper is good as well but has a bull bar. Medium to smaller dent on passenger side, this probably can be pushed out, but it didn't bother me after a while. All 4 mudflaps, I treated these as well and replaced the screws with new Toyota parts. Dash does have 2 cracks, but they are not splitting wide open, again I got used to it.
Garaged since I have had it. I have records back to 98 I think. I bought the truck from another mudder in 2011. I have had to daily drive it for the past month, my regular daily bit the dust. It is ready to drive anywhere. Clean GA title in hand.
$15k asking price.
