At 240k, if auto trans is original then trans is likely going to need to be rebuilt or replaced sooner than later, so definitely calculate that high cost item into your budget.

These days, $5k for a 62 like that with only a possibility of the tranny going soon is a steal. Mine has original tranny with 318k in it and no signs of impending death (probably just jinxed it)

I would be more worried about its proximity to the ocean and lack of undercarriage pics. That rust on the fuel door could well be an indication of whats underneath. I sent the guy an email requesting more pics, we shall see

I notice there are no photos that detail the quarters, dog legs and rockers. I am betting on rust bucket, but mine is rusty and survives on (and not on the original tranny - died at 288,000)
