1987 Totota 2.4 turbo diesel Hilux pickup 4x4 NO POWER??????

1987 Toyota 2.4 turbo diesel Hilux pickup 4x4 5 speed manual ...NO POWER??????

New head... rebuilt injector pump.... timed and a little enrichened... New turbo with waste gate.. all functioning properly... new alternator/vacuum pump... new fuel filter... fresh fuel... There is a significant loss of power up hills ... also when hot will not start as well...have to wait until it cools down... (not overheating)..anyone have any ideas on these vehicles?? I need to find some one that would like to give me some pointers... THANKS!!
