Finally finished the list I had of stuff to get done.

Ordered an O2 sensor harness extension from Ballenger Motorsports. Hard to beat it $20 for it. Got it installed and haven’t gotten a rear O2 code yet.

Installed new Dorman windshield washer nozzles (47232). They work way better than the old Toyota ones and are adjustable. If you need/want upgrades I’d grab them.

Installed a prefilter from AFE as well. Just want to try and keep the air coming in as clean as possible. I may revisit installing the stock air box to quiet the turbo down but that’s next years problem.

I also built a ghetto wooden “tailgate” for the flatbed. I wanted something for CTW to help hold gear in the bed on the way up without only using ratchet straps. I’ll have to get a photo of that later and I installed the 315 cc injectors. Those just got put in today but already seem promising. At idle STFT (while it’s still learning) is barely +10% which is similar to what I’ve observed from stock injectors and the truck being N/A. Once I get some drive cycles in and it can learn the fueling I’ll report back with more data. I did a nut and bolt check of the exhaust and it’s holding good. The only issues I found were from the exhaust shop not having a damn clue. I had watched them use a 13mm short socket on the O2 sensor nuts which are 12mm and genuine Toyota so I knew I’d be fixing that.

i didn't realize that o2 sensor extension was a thing. good to know 😂
i got a screaming deal on that sensor ($30)
Once I found out that it was an option and one would actually fit it made more sense than spending more on a new O2 sensor. I had just replaced it with a new Denso too. I meant to include a link to it, they offer 12”, 24”, and 36” ones.

Here’s also a photo dump of the exhaust. They did do it how I wanted and for the price of $370 I’m not gonna complain too much.

Looking good! I think the exhaust came out great.

I JUST got my item delivered from Ballenger for my speed sensor. Looks like the same Yazaki connector on one end of your extension. I going to put the connector on a 3 wire (22 AWG) shielded cable and run it from the T-case VSS to my dash. Going to do this right now.

When I found Ballenger, I saw there are several engine swap harness companies out there that sell stuff like this. Just the connectors or with pigtails on them.

They did do a good job with the exhaust and routed it how I wanted. I can pull it in three sections if I ever need to or just pull out whatever section I need to remove for any work which is how I wanted it. Years ago they did an exhaust on an 86 F250 for me that was true duals and they welded everything up after the header so my only way to remove it is cutting it and I learned from that mistake.

Edited to add: they also let me supply my own muffler and catalytic converter which is a huge bonus for me. I like the truck quiet, it’s loud enough from road noise and 35’s.

I’m glad that there’s plenty of companies out there offering connectors with pigtails already made. I’m too cheap to buy the proper ones for all the different brands of connectors and with the cost of individual connectors, pins, wires, and shipping you end up breaking even maybe even costs more to do it yourself if you try to color match the wires.
