1983 leaf spring centre pin diameter

I need to weld some new spring plates on my doffs as the centre pin holes are ovals out. Can any tell me what the pin diameter is? Stupidly I cannot measure off my springs as I got rid of them. I suspect that the hole should be 19mm diameter?

What more important is what diameter is the spring pin of the spring set you will be using.

Planning on using OME springs. Any ideas!

I'd wait till I got the springs because when I used OME springs I had to us bushings that I made so the pins would fill the holes in the spring perches properly.
