Listing this for a friend. He’s had it for a couple of years, bought it from a guy in northern Idaho/Montana. Hasn’t driven it much and has decided to sell it. He put the wheels and tires on it, rebuilt the birfields, rear axles seals/bearings and had a local auto-electric shop sort out some wiring issues to get all the lights and accessories working.
Engine - 3B naturally aspirated
Transmission – 4 speed
Tires – new BFG M/T 33 x 10.5 on blasted and powder coated stock rims
345,000 kms (214,000 miles) PO said engine was rebuilt ~75,000 km ago
Rebuilt birfields, new rear axle seals and bearings.
Parabolic arc leaf springs provide 4” lift
24 volt, new batteries and some recent electrical work to sort out P.O. interesting wiring; all lights work. Dash glow plug switch not connected, not sure why another P.O. modification.
Bikini top, soft top (Bestop type), hard top.
There’s a bit of bondo and rust. It has a vacuum leak, so sometimes you have to pop the hood to turn it off, floor pan has had diamond plate installed. He has the original seats, they need recovered.
This is not a show truck, but it looks good, runs well and is a left hand drive diesel, with a clean and clear Idaho title.
