Hmmmm....guess it depends, what's your goal on the overall look? You going to keep the patina or are you going to fully restore and do more of a restomod vibe. If it's the latter then those are cool.

100% not going to restore it at this time. I want it to be a good driver and to have some modern touches. Style is what it is though, and highly subjective.

Got the headlights "limped" back into their housings. They will work for now until I get some more parts in.

Look at those dirty bastards. Hit them with the rust converter.

Mounted in, thanks JB Weld!

Headlights are LED and a "white" tone.

She's back in the fleet after a few years out in Vegas.

Decided it was time to take the doors and the roof off to see what everything looks like. Certainly some rust, but not as bad as I thought. The roof lid is the worst of it and I still haven't separated it from the side panels.

Lots of little jobs that need to be done that I will probably neglect to post about.

Going to just enjoy it in it's doorless form for a bit.

There's not a ton I need, but I'd be curious on what you have
Ditto - mine has some serious rust areas so trying to figure out which way I want to go with it...

I was torn on it. I wanted to preserve the OEM appeal, but to be honest, it has already been molested. OME lift and some other things. I have decided I am just going to enjoy it how it is, not a great candidate for restoration anyways. Parts are getting annoyingly hard to find in the states. Might just go with a soft top.
