Unsolicited advice
At first glance the drivers door bottom looked rusted out. If not, you might post a close up to show it's just a torn seal.

You seem trustworthy, but a couple good frame photo's would help. Back where the rear frame horn meets the rear cross member.

A quick youtube video would really help. Even if you just start it up, show the gauges work, pull a few knobs(wipers, fan pull, lights). Get out and video the engine running for 15 seconds.
