A couple suggestions, pictures of the roof and drip rail, as that is a common rust area.

I'd put some anti-rust primer on the exposed metal. You can show before and after pictures.

If you factor the $10-12,000 a paint job cost into your price evaluation. Plus the pain in the ass and wait time.

5 speed, seems to have a suspension lift, bench seat with headrests, in tact 78-79 taillights, side view mirrors, seems that fenders and doors are still solid, rear wheel lips look OK

sucks that rear quarter was bashed in and the door cards are missing

Hows the roof though? I'd want to hear it run and get it up to temp before buying.

A rattle can paint job and new wheels/tires and a full tune up should get you a cool old school ride.
