I've been quiet, but I've tried to keep a little busy. I'm having a lot of trouble getting the front end to align properly, so I've moved on to other things to try to maintain momentum (tricky at best). Last week was getting the 2.5" exhaust installed. Rather than go directly under the transmission crossmember, I decided to go forward, under the oil pan, and then back down the driver side for a driver side exit. Clearances here look tighter than they actually are:

And the final product finish welded and ready for final install:

I have started my exhaust with 3" and I have to do the same and attach a short 90 to the 2.5-3" adapter on my turbo down pipe and run parallel to the oil pan and cross under in front of the sump and still clear the front drive shaft. I think I have more clearance with the 4" lift.

Too so thinking and remembering pipefitting and got things started use a 2' level to measure the vertical clearance between the turbo down pipe and the pinion bearing area of the front differential and then did the math to have clearance, and have the parts at the shop getting TIG welded. Once they are in place I use the butt clamps to rest of the way back.

Yesterday I assembled the exhaust and just need hanger to secure it. The 3" is pretty ridged like the 5" I installed on my Ram 3500.

Everything connected from the turbo under the oil pan and back to the rear.
