This is one of the best FJ40´s available in the USA. Recently professionally restored and like new, it has a solid frame and body with no rust, a rebuilt motor, a professional 4¨ lift with coil over shocks, upgraded disc brakes up front, new power steering system, wide aluminum wheels, 35¨ x 15¨ tires, and a custom roll cage. The body looks great and features a beautiful metallic green paint job, custom fiberglass fender flares, side body armor and half doors. It has only 85,000 miles on the original drivetrain (Odometer reads 28,850 kilometers), and is up to date on ALL maintenance.

The original F-2, 4.2 liter six cylinder gas motor has been rebuilt, runs perfectly and has lots of power. The original 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly, the transfer case has been maintained and functions like new, and it has new locking hubs. The vinyl top looks great, and it has easy to roll up, zippered panels, for that true open air feel. The interior is new with bucket seats in front, an upgraded rear leather bench seat, a CD player, and all the original gauges work properly. It has a big off-road rock crawler style bumper, light bar, and many lights. This FJ40 Land Cruiser looks amazing, turns heads everywhere, runs perfectly, and is ready for any adventure. You will not find a better, tougher FJ40. $28,500 Contact Phil Hagen in Fort Myers, Florida (239) 246-3922 or phil.advancedledsystems@gmail.com

You are not curious. You are simply ragging on the truck, and trying to make yourself sound like some kind of expert. The steering works great, and the box is on the lower right hand side. It is not a resto to original, obviously. Yea, it has extra lights. You are quick, it is from SA. The top end was rebuilt because it needed a valve job. It runs great and has compression of 120 across the board. Radiator does not leak. Yes, the shackles are curved? Why does it matter? There is no electric fuel pump... Seats were replaced with comfortable ¨pick and pull¨ and recovered. It has a roll bar, skid plate, and great front bumper (rear is original). It is built well and runs great, and very safe. You may like a rusty old original paint job. But I think the paint looks great, was done very well, and I like it. Thanks for the critique. I will keep it friendly, and keep my opinions to myself about your rig.

Your rig is ridiculous. Sorry.

You know... You Jack asses win. Your rigs are the best and anyone that has anything different that you don´t like, basically sucks. I get it. Please forgive me for ever entering such a sacred place that only the elite, know it alls rule. I get it. I don´t need to get ragged on by a bunch of ¨better than thou¨ wanna be car critics who cannot accept anything other than what they have. I am simply a guy who likes vintage four by fours. It is that simple. Obviously I don´t rate up with those of you who have no life, other than giving s*** to people trying to sell a vehicle. If you spent a bit more time in the real world, you might have an education, a hot chick and a life, like me. BUt, I am sure that is not the case. Your lives and work probably suck and your chick´s a fat hag, so you have nothing better to do. I will make no more comments as they only rile up you elitists and give you a moment of excitement in your lackluster life. I want no more of this crap. OUT

Yea, you are sorry. I don´t give a damn what you think. So, you can keep your dumbass opinión to yourself...

Phil, you are getting a bit insulting here. You are the one that posed it up here, made a bunch of claims that turn to to be false (ie your engine "rebuild" that turns out to be a valve job, your "new" interior, etc). You should care what people think. Your rig has nice green paint but otherwise is poorly built. You need to face that fact.

I'm guessing you bought the rig like this and did not build it yourself. No one blames you. But it has serious problems that you should address before sale.

Since it has no smog gear and is from off-shore, many states cannot even license it, which will limit your market. For instance, that truck can not be registered in California. Ever.

If you fixed the steering, limited the sales hyperbole, and provided a mechanics detailed report of condition, you might get $10k for it. But there's a lot here that needs attention.

Just a hint-compression on a 2F in good condition is 150 psi, so if this one is 120 AFTER a valve job, it is worn out.

I am sorry you got taken on this, but that is the reality.

Nice 'voice of reason' from @Cruiserdrew... OP just inadvertently rattled some cages and the result was inevitable!

Maybe there's a different forum where a LC done like this would find a more accepting audience...........
