What color is it? Red
What Is the actual milage if known? 28K since rebuild
Does the vehicle have a clear title? Yes
Has the vehicle been garaged? Body/Frame Not for the past 7 years

Is there rust? if yes please describe - See pics
Describe any body/frame damage? None other than L front tire hooked the fender
Condition of windows? Good - go up and down like they should, but needs new felts
Rear wheel wells cut for flares? Yes
All body logos present? Don't know what a body logo is.
Has vehicle been repainted? if yes, original color? No
Has the top been removed? Yes
Is there rust in the floor? Yes - see pics
Please rate the tires - Excellent, Good, Fair, Need's replacing Good
Original Wheels and Hubcaps? If no, please describe. Engine and Mechanical No

Is this the original engine/transmission? Yes/No H55f
Has either engine/transmission been rebuilt? Engine blueprinted and new H55f
Original carburator or after market? Weber 38
What repairs does the engine/transmission need? None
Does it leak fluids? No drips, but but has moist areas here and there.
Does it burn oil? Not visibly, but I do need to add half to a quart every 1-2K miles
Is the clutch in good shape? Yes
Have brakes been serviced? When? Yes 4wheel disc conversion 28K ago
Transmission - in good working order - both high and low range? Yes
Does it shift smoothly? Yes
Power steering? Nope
How many inches of play in the steering? 3.5"
Air Conditioning? Nope

Aux Fuel Tank? Interior Nope

What is broken or missing on the interior? Interior light does not work and passenger seat belt does not lock when you pull it hard.

Headliner sagging or gone? Original sagging in corners
Original rubber mats? Yes - rough shape
Rear Jump Seats present? Yes - original
Dash Pads Ripped or cracked? Cracked with aftermarket cover over it
Dash board cut out for add-on switches or stereo? Small rectangle cut for digital clock - that doesn't work
Original Radio? No
Gauges working? Yes
All signals working? Yes
Brake lights? Yes
Head lights? Yes
Turn Signals? Yes
Licence Plate lights? Yes
Hazards? Yes
Wipers? Yes
Washers? Yes - original switch doesn't spray, but has a button to activate it which works
Instument lighting? Yes
Interior Light? Interior light doesn not work
Original Owners manual present? No
Inspection light present? No
Jack present? No
Toolbag Present?No
Rear Heater? Yes, but not hooked up
Reverse lights do not work when put in reverse.

Overall I'd rate it a 7.5 to an 8 due to the rust and the cut fenders.

I'd prefer to sell it locally. For whatever reason most interest seems to be out of state. With that in mind I'm open to partial trade offers as I'm looking for a good on gas DD, nice VFR and/or dualsport. I'm particularly looking for a nice Corolla S. So if you have one and want to drive it out and drive the 40 back we can prolly make that work. :steer:

Looks like the local buyer is flaking out. If you've been looking for an above average 40 for a below average price let me know. I'll let it go for $9500.
