Are you staying on Pcola Beach? Blues typically do a practice on Thursday, full dress rehearsal on Friday, show on Saturday. The crowd and traffic gets worse each day. If coming over for the day I would do Thursday or Friday
 
Coming over for the weekend (4 Days). The Rents live in Shalimar, I am coming over to work on their house, specifically replacing the back deck I built 20 something years ago. I have replaced about 1/2 of it over the last 6 months, going to do the pool deck area this weekend. I will be staying at their house in Shalimar.

And yes, very familiar with the air show scene, Blues come to Jax a couple of times a year, total traffic nightmare. I grew up with my dad as a fighter pilot in the AF, so I was around jets and airshows my whole life, a few of his buddies were Thunderbirds, so got up close with those jets back in the day at Eglin.

Their house is under the pattern for Eglin, so F35s and F22s fly over all the time. Some people hate the noise, I love it.

Any of you guys that know how to build decks are welcome to help, beer will be provided (and maybe food). Both my 40 projects are in full swing so I wont have them there, but my 100 will be.

Lol, no, but the 350 is there, and it needs some drive time. It is like the R on roids...
 
First seat cover on bottom installed...some fixing is still required:
- I'm not super happy how the seam lines up with the padding underneath. So I will probably do some adjusting.
- Also may end up getting a wire and running it through so it doesn't "dip" between the screws.
- painted got dinged up during drilling and test fitting...will need a little touch up

I did cut off the excess screw for the jump seat latch...otherwise one might have gotten a poke whilst sitting down.

Pretty excited to be a little bit closer to having jump seats in the back! I'm starting to search for seat belts...suggestions welcome

Yes on the wire, it gets strung through the edge and pulled tight before screws are put on. OEM is a thick wax covered thread/twine, pulled tight. You need to swap out the screws for stainless phillips and the flange washers that allow you to tighten without spinning the cover. you can use a heat gun on the seat after you have it tight to kill all the creases.

I like theirs, I was referring to them and ccot when I said online sellers, those I got from lowes are pretty much the same for 3$.
 
And I got into town at 530 this afternoon, saw a Phoenix yellow 40 with a white top on Eglin parkway. Is that one of you guys?
When are we meeting up? How about Saturday morning early somewhere?

Anywhere is cool with me. I am in Shalimar, so you pick as I have no idea about local places to go except for the beach, lowes,, home depot, publix and goofy golf.

I think that is pretty close to Goofy Golf right?
