It's probably legit, especially considering it's an earlier model 40 (pre-2F and discs). $ 7,500 is very fair.

def worth it. see some mixed parts in there from a later year. tubs from this state are usually pretty good and it has a stock radio. someone needs to go grab this..

Sorry to hijack this thread. I was runner up on getting this and I'm kind of sore about it. This is another one I was looking at. Thoughts? My brother lives in Portland so hence the 74 above. But this one is 4 hours away from me.

For confirming. We've only texted back and forth and not talked over the phone but I've learned a lot. The fenders and engine drive me crazy. The paint job was a re-redo in 2000 with some body work. The original seats were sold and replaced with what you see. I don't want to be desperate after missing out on the 74 and reflexively buy the next thing that comes up. Thanks for encouraging my patience.
