Under the rubber diamond plate 2 types of Sound deading. A sound deadling foam mat and under that is silver sound deading material.

I ran across this rig on my neighborhood walk with the wife yesterday. I started walking across the street to get a closer look and she said "oh boy, it must be a land cruiser..."
If I had 20k of extra play money that the wife didn't already have queued up to spend on our back yard projects I'd be walking back by with the cash lol.
