If you're a purist, or looking for a restoration quality 40, look elsewhere.
Quick specs:
4.8 LS (78k miles, 6.0 cam, all new sensors, new coils/wires/plugs, PSI harness, PSI tuned computer), 4l60e (rebuilt with monster internals, HD rebuild kit, all new solenoids and harness), atlas 3.8 (35 spline outputs).
Dana 60 front, locrite, 35 spline yukon chromoly shafts, nwf high steer, redneck ram hydro assist, 5.13 thick cut gears.
Dana 61 rear, Detroit full carrier locker, yukon chromoly shafts, 5.13 thick cut gears. 1410 35 spline yokes on both axles.
Gears for both axles were professionally installed after second guessing myself.
40" Cooper STT Pro's on Battleborn beadlocks (17x9) with a spare beadlock wheel.
SOA front, single triangulated 4 link rear with ballistic joints on the lowers and ruffstuff heims on the uppers. 14" travel bilstein monotube in front, 10" travel bilstein remote reservoir shocks rear.
LED lighting
Warn XD9000i with 100' of ASR synthetic line and safety hook.
Custom metaltech cage, PRP seats, Bestop rear seat, Specter bikini top, Bestop doors, Dakota digital, etc.
Full body off restomod, with the entire build documented here on 'mud.
Around 400 miles total on build. Drives on the highway just fine at 70.
