Looks decent, weird rear fender flares wonder how those were done
It looks as though copious amounts of filler was used below each door to try and make a transition to the flares. This thing definitely has some potential. Does anyone know if that dash pad upholstery was an aftermarket option by a vendor, or do you thing custom one off deal? I feel like this is the 2nd or 3rd i've seen wrapped like that. I really like the look.

Tried to buy this 6 months ago,as its on my way to my buddies cabin. It has actually been at this ranch for 20 plus years, always saw it, but never stopped to check it out. I talked to the owner(75 year old) nice guy, I offered $7500 and he was thinking about it, and the wife chimed in and said its worth way more!!!! So I left… the big red flag was the bondo rear fenders into the rockers, which will hold this rig back, otherwise a nice native california 40 with little to no rust!
