It was the same one, The first buyer backed out. It does not run, The cruiser is pretty solid and is mostly stock except for the front seat not sure what its out of. As far as rust there appears to be a couple spots mainly surface rust. I had plans to restore it like the Alan Jackson LV but decided to put my spare time and money into my fj40
