I pcs in 2 months. I’ll likely located those clear bib lenses if you can wait.

Never mind. I just saw your post about JP helping out!

Just curious are the repo clear lenes NLA from SOR? Looks like a project for City Racer. First 25 thru the 67 model had clear. Then only 68 and 69 with amber. Not sure if the color change was for a DOT. If they hadn't we might still be able to buy the whole light cheap.

I never checked into the clear lenses. I figured I had one and could get another............being cheap.

Got everything wired and mostly working. Only the turn indicators on dash and the cluster lights are not working. I suspect the grounds. I think that's pretty good for basically redoing all the wiring.
The flasher relay that's hanging there will be hid inside the non functioning original one on the firewall. Need to get a fuse panel cover too.

Good thing is, I turn the key and it starts.

Nice!

I discovered why a few lights weren't lighting. The bulbs were bad and a few missing....lol. Got all that fixed and everything is working.

Drove it a few miles tonite. Nothing above 35 yet. So far so good. Seat belts should be here soon too.

Hopefully I can get it out tomorrow before it gets dark out and get a few pix.

Kurt doesn't do clear bib lights anymore. But Toyota Heritage in Oz has them back in stock. ~$81 pair shipped to the US. I love this thread.

I think I'd like to join a Toyota Hermitage in Australia. If you find out how to reach one of those, let me know. ;)

I have put 8 miles on it so far, top speed about 45mph. The brakes need more adjusting and the rusty leaf springs need some loosing up. Other than that, it seems good.

Although there is still stuff to be done, I feel pretty relieved it runs and drives. Took 6 months. 🍻🍻
