As per above does anyone know the size shape and diameter of the sealing O-Ring to suit a 2001, 100 Series 4.5lt Viscous Fan Hub O-Ring.

Although many of us open the fan clutch and modify it with a different viscosity Silicone Fluid, it is considered a 'non-serviceable' part, and as such, no ready source for replacement O-rings exists.

That is not say you couldn't try to 'match' an existing 'seal' with something from another application, but you would need to have the seal 'in hand' to do so.

Is your fan hub missing the seal, or has the original one been damaged?

Not missing, just want to be sure to have a spare should the old seal is damaged.
