That's the one that came up for sale within about 5 days after I bought my 100 in January. I may be remembering incorrectly, but I think the guy had it for sale for $10,000 at that time........if I hadn't already bought mine, I would have given this one serious consideration......$12,000 is still not a bad price...

https://forum.ih8mud.com/100-series-cruisers/509016-200k-make-over.html thinking about doing some of the maintenance listed in this thread. I have 198.5k on my 99 and plan to put 350k on it. What preventive maintenance have ya'll done on similar year models?
I still have the driveline "thud-clunk" and im beginning to wonder if the problem isn't something other than the driveshaft needing grease (which ive done)
I haven't done any of the items mentioned in the 200K makeover, but I do plan to replace my CV axles and my sway bar bushings as soon as funds permit. I have 173K on mine so my mileage is a little behind yours. I do plan to keep mine for a while so i will be replacing parts as needed too.
I would think that you would look at the condition of the various suspension parts and see what you think needs to be replaced. You are talking about a fairly expensive list of items to replace all at one time.
There is a charcoal gray 100 for sale on airport rd in front of Jackson Communications. Haven't stopped to look at it.
