Interested in a non-leather replacement, tougher the better. Neither me or my wife care for leather.

Sorry for the delay. I'll be speaking with Ed tomorrow and will provide an update for everyone.

I had no idea he even existed - drove by his house on Friday and didn't know it was a shop- I live about 5 min from there.
I vote for the 90's bus pattern, if it is cost efficient I'd get some for the front, even if they were slip on type covers. I'm almost sitting on metal on my drivers seat.

Progress!

Ed is currently pricing out the fabric option and hoping to have it on his site in the next 2 weeks or so. The standard offering will most likely be the XCEL fabric, based on feedback here and his experience. Colors will be limited to one or two options on the standard offering, per our conversation.

For other fabrics (such as the bus style) you will be best served by calling him for pricing, lead times etc. He's a one-man shop with plenty of work, so please keep that in mind when setting expectations.

@costahh @Zooguy

Spoke with Ed this morning. He's just been busy with previously contracted work but plans to have them online in a week or so.

@Zuberg Ed get around to it or will it likely be after the holiday season?
He said he was working on it last I spoke with him 2 weeks ago. I realize there are more than a few folks waiting/wanting these but I'm trying not to hassle him too much.

Glad to come across this. Sandstone fabric would be amazing. While my LC's leather seats aren't the worst (no holes or tears), they sure look old and ratty compared to the fabric seats in my equivalent year Corolla (which still look new).

UPDATES!

1. I called Ed and he is all caught up and ready to produce the cloth seat covers for the first row ONLY. He said he has a good tan and grey option right now. This is for non-airbag equipped front seats, years 98-05 ONLY. He has patterns for both front seats, headrest, armrest and center console IIRC.

He said to call him to get the details sorted and orders placed. I would suggest that anyone interested call him and work out the details. Contact info on his site: Wolfmans Auto and Cycle Seats - https://hotrodupholstery.com/

2. Ed wants to provide covers for the airbag equipped 06/07 model years. He has the know how and materials (special thread and kevlar) but he needs one OEM seat back cover (either Cruiser or LX470, must be 2006 or 2007) so he can take them apart and make patterns.

3. Ed also wants to start offering 2nd row replacement covers in both leather and cloth. BUT he needs the access to a 2nd row for a short amount of time to make the patterns. He is located in Christiansburg VA (near Virginia Tech) so if there's anyone down that way that can let him borrow their 2nd row, or better yet needs their 2nd row redone, please let him know. He had a guy lined up but it never panned out. If anyone has replaced their 2nd row, sending him the OEM covers is also an option.

I was really hoping to get the first set but I'm going to need ones for airbag equipped seat, so I'll have to wait a bit.

Thanks for everyone's patience and feedback. If you get one of the first sets, please post up photos etc. I'll ask Ed for some pics of the covers as well.

I’m so excited lawdy lawdy I only wanted them for the front anyway. Will call but doing brake booster right now it’s a pretty penny. Any word on price? Even just an estimate?

Interested parties will need to call and talk pricing or any other details with him. He has different options which affect pricing etc. I have no relation to him, get zero benefits, just been trying to make this happen for our community.

At this point, my focus has turned to sourcing 2nd row used covers (any year) and a 2006 or 2007 used front seat back cover so he can make patterns for cloth and airbag compliant seats. If anyone can help out with that I'd really appreciate it.
