Whats up guys, I'm new here and to off-roading. I just got my first 100 series (LX470) and I am in love and I'm trying to give it an overland build to start exploring the rocky mountains of CO has to offer. So I bought a 99 LX470 a couple of weeks ago and it was a one-owner vehicle from an elder...
Pulled these off of my HDJ81. Good condition and no bad scuffs. These are 16x10.
This is the model: Mickey Thompson Classic III Polished Wheels 2360412
Asking $300 for the set of 5 wheels.
Local pickup only as I really do not want to ship these. Im located in Southern California / Orange County.
Tires have less than 500 miles on them. One of the tires was scraped/gouged on its sidewall on a recent wheeling trip. I have since removed tires from vehicle. I had Kauffman Tire test the damaged tire and its purely cosmetic. I have documentation from them as well.
Going to buy new tyres Toyo or Mickey Thompson
I wonder which ones are more wide? Mickey Thompson has a thread width of 12,2 according to their website.
but Toyo doesn't have any info on Thread width!!
Toyo Open Country MT = LT385/70R16 (38X14.50R16)
Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ Radial...
I'm all over the place and I need to find some inspiration.
I have a stock suspension 2011 LC that made it 53K miles on the stock tires. Usage is at least a 99% on road in Los Angeles traffic. Aside from needing new rubber I am open to changing the look of it with a new wheel.
