All - wondering what the 2 parallel holes are for in the FJ70 front bumper. Are they for the factory extension for the winch? Thanks.

    Extra Holes

Do these extra holes mean I can use standard lug nuts instead of the locked ones that are presently on it? I've never run into this before.

    F135 water pump bolt holes

Does anybody know if all 4 bolts holes for the water pump are through holes into the coolant passage? The top driver side on mine snapped and need to know how to drill through before re-tapping.

Filling door panel holes - how?

So I've ordered a set of Rhinohide Armor panels and they will not work with the stock lower door trim panels. My options are trim the Rhinohide panels or pull the OEM lower trim panels off. If I do the later, I'll be looking at this: So how to best fill the holes? There is no easy access to...

    floor shifter holes

Does anyone have either a template or good pictures of where the stock holes are supposed to be in the transmission cover for a 3 speed with manual transfer case? Mine had a vacuum actuated transfer case originally and someone just cut one big hole in the cover. I would like to weld up the...

Holes in muffler = no locker

I’ve neglected to replace my OEM muffler for a while now and I regretted. While removing the old one I discovered why my locker hasn’t been working. These homes were also boiling the fuel in the fuel tank. Just an FYI

Holes in steel tubing for weight (vs strength)?

Howdy. Looking to build a frame on the back of my HJ45's bed to mount a pop-up sleeper like the AluCab. I am looking at using 1x2x.065 (16 gauge) steel tubing. I know aluminum is lighter, but I don;t have an aluminum welder, and aluminum is more susceptible to brittleness and other effects. For...
