This is a RAM mount designed to hold up to 11" ipad (there is some adjustability). The stem and bottom bracket allow it to be mounted to a seat bolt. Was used in a Land Cruiser and 4Runner and Ram 3500. Pretty pricey when new. Asking $50.00
