I have a pair of doors that are for a 1963 or older FJ40. The doors are in great shape - glass and all.

Asking for $400 for the pair.

Because the glass in both doors isn't broken, I'd rather not ship. So, load up your friends, come get the doors, and have a crazy weekend in Vegas !!

The top of the window is square vs. flanged. The vertical dimension of the glass is about 1/2" longer and the way the door seals to the top is different.. I think that was common up until 66'ish but I'm no expert and there are lots of exceptions I'm sure..

I believe that those doors with the thin top section, and bug catcher windows, will only fit the '63, '64, and the early '65 models with corrugated tops...'64 I know.

These doors came off my '67 factory soft top, so they obviously aren't original. I emailed these pictures to SOR to help me determine where they came from. Per SOR, they are from a 63 or older FJ40. They are square on the top - not flanged. If you need more pictures, let me know.

Really wish you were closer...very nice looking doors!!!

"64 look the same, and '62 to '61 were different, as they had sliders to slide the glass up and down, not a crank (you can see the slider in the picture below...pic I found on the web). I'm still going with '63 to '65 1/2 ;)

Did your '67 have a brass tag on the firewall? I've heard of early cruisers sitting at the dealerships for a year or two before being sold and titled...long shot I know, but could it be that it was a '65???

Doh...Johnny why you posting at the same time as me...you on lunch? :D

kids have silent reading...so i'm silently reading :D

and emailing parents and working on our budget and finding articals about a club that we were asked to upstart and finishing up a powerpoint for next quarter

lunch time wasn't enough to get that all done

BTW thats a really fair price for these doors

...and yes, that is a decent price, but add a couple of good boxes, plus shipping up to my place, and we are singing a different tune :frown:

Wish they were closer...

Are these doors still available? We can make a family trip out of it and come to Vegas.
