Recently fully lost air conditioning in my 100 series, looked under the hood and saw this hose completely ripped in half-anybody know what this goes to/if it’s definitely my culprit?

Afternoon everyone. My right rear AHC line burst today after doing a full refresh on the system two months ago. I’m looking to lift it and fully bypass AHC. Does anyone know a reasonable mechanic within 150 miles of the Boston/Providence area who would do the work?
