Yet another rear hatch leak

I tried using the search feature, but didn’t find a good answer. Experiencing lots of water intrusion in the rear hatch area. I know the third brake light is a common area but I have the big spoiler on, I also checked the roof rack bolts and they are tight. I do have damp weather stripping on the hatch in the pictured location-any thoughts on where this is coming from?

Spray something soapy along the perimeter and then blow compressed air from the inside.

I had a mystery wet spot just inside the hatch on the floor- couldn’t find any other areas of wetness. I changed out the upper hatch rubber seal, and the floors been dry ever since.

Third brake light; spoiler mounting bolts/holes; rubber seal.

The soapy water method works well; I just turn the heater and fan on high and close all of the doors and windows. That provides sufficient pressure for soapy bubble production.
