Glad you are doing this! With that Big Boy under the hood, you'll need bigger binders. We've been doing slotted/drilled rotors, better compound and stainless steel lines on these Atlas trucks. Makes a big, big difference in stopping power.

We haven't done a split-case yet but are thinking the combination you describe would be good for mileage in combination with the lock-out hub conversion. are you thinking of a split case from an FJ6x?
