The problem with using bike parts is that the cables aren't stiff enough to push when they need to. I may try the 70 series cable. The stiff wire is going to be the key.

Hey does anyone have part numbers and/or know where to buy new push/pull cables for the FJ60 HVAC? The one that opens and closes my front heater valve is seized and I'm having to open the hood to open or close the valve.

Brought my family to North Carolina for the weekend. Tail of the Dragon isn't as much fun in a 60 as it is on my motorcycles, but it's pretty! The 4bt has made all the hills less of a challenge than they were with the tired 2F. Love traveling in this old rig!

Otherwise though, T100 bench seat is BRILLIANT! How hard was it to make fit?
